What is it?
Black He|| for ICQ is a skin for ICQ. There is a snap of it below. It looks worst in that snap then it really is. So at least try it out, download it. All you need to do is read the stuff below.
Installation
Its very simple really. Just read the steps below:
1- Download ICQ Plus. Click here. (Or for a direct link click here.)
2- Install it
3- Open it
4- Download my skin (Click here)
5- Read the READ ME file inside the zip on my skin.
6- Kapoosh!
